It’s pumpkins, apples and squash all the time at our house right now. We have scored bulk loads of these awesome fall harvest fruits and veggies, and we are using them to the max! Perfect time to whip up some pumpkin dip!
Pumpkin dip makes a great snack or party offering. Pair it with apples, or our favorite, ginger snaps. If you are eating low carb, just powder the sweetener of your choice in a blender or coffee grinder (I keep one just for this purpose.)
