But I was still in the mood for something new, particularly snacks. I headed off to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buildamenu.com\/affiliate-tracking\/thm\/163\" target=\"_blank\">Build A Menu<\/a> to plan. With just three ingredients. Made in the microwave.<\/p>\n<p>What?!<\/p>\n<p>Y&#8217;all, these crackers are <em>so simple<\/em>, and surprisingly delicious and crispy. Mmmmmm! I served them with cheese, but my hubby said he thinks they&#8217;d also go well with salsa. (If you need a recipe for which to use the yolks, I highly recommend this <a href=\"http:\/\/aheartsurrenderedblog.blogspot.com\/2014\/08\/trim-healthy-girl-dreamy-cinnamon-roll.html\" target=\"_blank\">THM cinnamon roll<\/a>, my current breakfast obsession.)<\/li>\n<li>Scrape dough onto parchment paper, cover with another piece of parchment paper, and roll out as thinly as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Microwave for 2 minutes (I turned my rotating microwave plate upside down so that the crackers wouldn&#8217;t get spun and smooshed.)<\/li>\n<li>Remove from microwave and slice into tidy crackers, or in my case, randomly run a pizza cutter along the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Microwave another 4 minutes or until crackers are crunchy and slightly browned. I found that a few of mine were a little extra thick and had to be put back in after the others were removed.<\/li>\n<li>These crackers get more crispy as they cool.
