Tough meats can be marinated for as long as a whole day and night, but usually you don&#8217;t marinate chicken for that long. A few hours will do the trick!<\/p>\n<p>Salt can toughen meat, so we&#8217;ll add that after the meat is cooked instead of putting it in the marinade.<\/p>\n<p>After your chicken has taken its flavor bath you can cook it any way you like.
