Place the slip knot on your index finger.<\/p>\n<p>2. Lay the working yarn (the yarn that goes to the ball) over your finger from front to back while holding the loop in place to keep it from rotating.<\/p>\n<p>3. When your chain is the length you&#8217;d like&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>6. &#8230;cut a tail off the working yarn&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>7. &#8230;and insert it through the loop still on your finger.<\/p>\n<p>8. Pull the yarn gently until you create a knot. Trim the ends.<\/p>\n<p>You can use your finger knit chain in all sorts of ways. Try making a bookmark, using it to decorate your room or gifts, as a belt or necklace, in your hair, sewn in a spiral for a doll house rug&#8230; use your imagination!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">And now for the <strong><em>giveaway!<\/em><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>This giveaway (our very first!) consists of these two skeins of 100% wool Cascade 220 yarn.
