Candy Corn Fudge

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 11 oz bag white chocolate chips
- ¾ cup candy corn
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with waxed paper, parchment or foil. If you have trouble getting the paper to stay, try greasing the pan first.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave, according to package directions. Be sure to stir well until smooth.
- Fold melted white chocolate and ½ cup candy corn into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread fudge in prepared baking dish.
- Place remaining candy corn pieces on the top of the fudge.
- Chill for 1 hour, then cut into 1 inch squares.
