Daisy Mini-Cupcakes

- frosted mini cupcakes
- miniature marshmallows
- colored sugar
- skittles
- Cut marshmallows in half diagonally. Each marshmallow will make two petals.
- Dip each petal in colored sugar. The sugar will only stick to the cut side.
- Place petals around the perimeter of the cupcake so that the sugared side is facing up. The marshmallow halves will sit securely on their flat edge.
- Finish by adding a skittle (with the "S" facing down) in the center of the cupcake.
