Mini muffins often find their way onto our breakfast menu, and they are absolutely a staple for afternoon tea. These wee pumpkin pecan muffins are easy to make. The pecan pressed into the top of each muffin dresses them up for setting out on a pretty tray for afternoon tea. Remember to be gentle when you mix muffins if you are using wheat flour. It’s pumpkins, apples and squash all the time at our house right now. We have scored bulk loads of these awesome fall harvest fruits and veggies, and we are using them to the max!
