After sharing the Kale and Blackberry Salad in May, a friend of a friend made a version that included raspberries. Those pretty red berries got me to thinking… how could I make a red, white and blue salad? So I played around, and just in time for Independence Day, here it is! Starting with a base of spinach, you’ll layer on strawberries, blueberries and feta, then toss them with a simple lemon juice based dressing (you might recognize the flavor from the blackberry salad.)
