You'll need...
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 11 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup candy corn
Here's what to do...
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with waxed paper, parchment or foil. If you have trouble getting the paper to stay, try greasing the pan first.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Melt white chocolate in the microwave, according to package directions. Be sure to stir well until smooth.
  4. Fold melted white chocolate and ½ cup candy corn into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread fudge in prepared baking dish.
  6. Place remaining candy corn pieces on the top of the fudge.
  7. Chill for 1 hour, then cut into 1 inch squares.
